Look at this fun Valentine idea I stole....I bought each of the kids and Rich a weekly medicine organizer and filled each day's compartment with a different type of candy and a handwritten note telling them things I love about them. They started by opening the Monday compartment today and hopefully if we don't have any cheaters they'll be treated to some candy and a note every day for the next 6 days. Happy Valentine's Week!

I have the best 100% whole wheat bread recipe in the world! I've tried many, many recipes but this is my favorite. It is soft and chewy and delish and very easy to make. It's been about 2 years now since we've stopped buying store bread (braggedy brag brag brag!). And the best part? The children hardly ever complain about eating "wheat" bread (not that they don't devour white bread when they get a chance!).
